Comm 1 Assignment in Paraphrasing (MTh 10:30-12:00 A.M)

Paragraph 1:

Aristotle and Plato have different views in art. Based on Aristotle's view in art, the artist should imitate the natural way of creating a certain artwork. The artist doesn't make their work more idealistic. The ways on how an artist will create an artwork should not make any changes or in other words, they prefer the natural form of an object. While in Plato's view in art, he explained that an artist makes an artwork more idealistic. He/She will add some changes in his/her artwork in order to make his work more creative.

Paragraph 2:

The difference in Aristotle and Plato's explanation regarding their views in art is that Plato defined beauty as something that came in naturally which makes our mind create ideas around what is in our environment. On the other hand, Aristotle has a different view in beauty because for him, beauty is unique. Because it is unique, it has a use or a purpose in this world.
